His original use of light and signature ‘blur photography’ technique which profoundly challenges traditonal photographic techniques, produce beautiful works of art that are physically affecting.

He is part of a new wave of modern artists communicating to us through mixed and digital media in a different, yet powerful manner. Telling us how the world is changing in a poetic and ethereal language, with imagery that motivates or prods us into action or thought rather than solely trying to startle or shock. Philip lives and works between UK and US and travels extensively, attempting to bring out the inner soul of people, their places and the everyday.
